Industrial WaterJet Uses & Advantages
Water Jet cutting is an erosion process that cuts virtually any material, soft to hard, from .005” to 7” thick without distortion from heat, mechanical stress or changing material properties.
The process uses custom CAD designs from dxf or dwg files cutting smooth detailed parts with extreme accuracy, using a thin stream diameter, and leaving little or no burr.
Types of Industrial Materials that can be cut:
mild steel, stainless steel, tool steel, titanium, aluminum, copper, brass, plastic, rubber, fiberglass, foam, wood, composites, armor plating, glass, granite, marble, slate, and more.
